If you receive damaged or faulty items simply email us at info@mashgroup.co.uk quoting your order number, and sales will be in touch during working hours within 24hrs. If you are not satisfied with any product simply email us at info@mashgroup.co.uk quoting your order number, within 7 days of receipt to arrange it's return. Do ensure that goods being returned are unused and in their original packaging, as items returned marked or damaged will not be credited. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If no one is available on the informed collection date when our couriers try to collect, then a failed collection charge of £10 will be taken from your refund and you will be required to arrange for the return of your order at your own expense. Alternatively, shipping charges for any order cancellations will not be refunded. |
